16 years of expertise in adult psychiatric care — personalized, evidence-based, and available after hours across New Mexico.

As a military veteran and board-certified Adult Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with 16 years of clinical experience, I am dedicated to helping adults achieve lasting mental wellness through personalized, evidence-based psychiatric care. I earned my Master's degree in Adult Psychiatric Advanced Practice Nursing from New Mexico State University and have developed extensive expertise across forensic, military, inpatient, and community mental health settings.
For the past eight years, I have provided accessible telehealth services throughout New Mexico. I offer comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, consultations, second opinions, and medication management for bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder, anxiety, attention deficit disorder, and schizoaffective disorder, as well as others.
My care is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client's unique goals — helping support meaningful progress and long-term well-being.
My experience spans diverse psychiatric settings, giving me a comprehensive perspective on adult mental health care.
Experience working within forensic settings, providing psychiatric evaluations and care for complex cases.
Served military populations, understanding the unique mental health challenges faced by service members and veterans.
Extensive inpatient psychiatric experience managing acute mental health crises and complex diagnoses.
Committed to accessible care in community settings, reaching underserved adults across New Mexico.
I believe that meaningful psychiatric care begins with truly listening. Every person who comes to me carries a unique story, and my role is to understand that story fully before recommending any course of treatment.
My approach is collaborative and client-centered — I work alongside you, not just for you. Together, we establish goals that reflect your values and your vision for your own well-being. I believe in transparency, shared decision-making, and building a relationship of trust over time.
Offering care after hours is a deliberate choice. Many adults face barriers to daytime appointments — work, family, and life don't pause for mental health. By being available from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Tuesday through Saturday, I aim to remove one more obstacle between you and the support you deserve.
All appointments are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth — no commute, no waiting room. Just focused, private care from wherever you are in New Mexico.
